There is no shortage of weight loss programs out there. The problem is that so few of them are geared toward the morbidly obese and virtually none of them tell you what you need to do to keep it off.
Almost all of them focus on whatever their version of a “diet” is and don’t focus on the long term strategies or mindsets you‘re going to need.
Oh and I don’t care what you eat. I’m not the food police.
The thing I hear most often from clients is that they just hadn’t thought of things that way.
When you work with me you can expect a very different approach to weight loss. I‘m not into forbidden foods, juices, or supplements. I have no interest in beating you up or making you feel bad about yourself.
This is all about changing your relationship with food so you can get to a healthy body.
Easy answer. Would you want me posting your picture all over the internet? Probably not. That's why I stick to my own photos.
Weight loss is incredibly personal and very private. There can be a lot of guilt and shame when someone is obese and I don’t want to exploit that.
So if someone would like to offer up a written testimonial I have no problem sharing them and you can find several on the Testimonials page.
